Our Approach To Your Personal Injury Case:

We investigate and resolve your personal injury claim as quickly as possible.  After you sign an agreement with us, we get photographs and witness statements right away.  Then we assemble your medical records, and put together a thorough demand letter package.  The package includes the police report, photos, medical records, and bills.  It usually fills a 3-ring binder, and often includes hundreds of pages of evidence.  The demand letter package includes everything the insurer needs to make a fair settlement offer.

After you approve it, we’ll send the demand letter package to the at-fault person’s insurer, and give them thirty days to respond.  We will negotiate vigorously until we have reached a settlement.  We relay any offers made to you within 24 hours, so you are fully informed.

If we can’t settle your case, and you authorize it, we’ll file a lawsuit against the at-fault person.  We move aggressively to gather the evidence, and get a sworn witness statement (which is called a “deposition” from the at-fault party.     If the law allows, we then ask the court to issue an order that the at-fault party is responsible for your damages, which often resolves the case before trial.  If a trial is needed, we welcome the challenge.
