ABOUT JEFF HERMAN
|
Jeffrey L. Herman holds B.A., M.S.W., and J.D. Degrees. He has
been practicing law since 1994. He has tried over 150 cases,
arbitrations, and appeals, since being admitted to the Bar. He
has successfully resolved 20 wrongful death claims to date. His
practice focuses on auto accidents, bicycle and motorcycle
accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, burns,
fractures, child and
elder abuse and neglect, and other serious personal injury
cases. |

Jeff
Herman has been an Eagle member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers’
Association (WSTLA) since 2000. Approved as a King County Superior
Court Arbitrator in 2003, he frequently arbitrates civil lawsuits for
King County Superior Court. He also serves as a court-appointed
Settlement Guardian Ad Litem, investigating whether settlements of
childrens’ claims are fair, and reporting his findings to the court.
Jeff
Herman serves on the Editorial Board of the WSTLA Trial News. He
regularly teaches the “Wrongful Death Cases In Washington” Continuing
Legal Education Seminar with Lorman Education. As a member of the
King County Bar Bulletin Editorial Board, he publishes articles
regularly in the King County Bar Bulletin. He teaches a law class at
Discover U, and was the Chairman of the
Peoples
Law School at Shoreline Community College in 2001.
Mr.
